Asbury United Methodist Church is part of the the Minnesota Annual Conference of The United Methodist Chuch, through which we share resources for mission and ministry. The Minnesota Annual Conference is part of the United Methodist Church, an international body. The purpose of United Methodist annual conferences is to make disciples for Jesus Christ by equipping their local congregations for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church, all to the glory of God.

As of December 31, 2008, Asbury United Methodist Church has a membership of 294. We are part of over 86,000 United Methodists in 391 congregations in Minnesota, served by almost 600 clergy. The United Methodist Church is the third-largest Christian body in the United States.
